We found no direct regulation on herbal medicine/phytotherapy other than the common EU regulation of medicinal products.
However this treatment may well fit into some of the CAM treatments included in the CAM act, like Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), Ayurveda, homeopathy and other CAM systems (259).
