“Absence of legislation which specifically restricts the practice of homeopathy to any particular type of practitioner means that anyone may practise”(50). Homeopathy is mainly practised by non-medically qualified practitioners in Ireland. However, also medical doctors provide homeopathic treatment in their practices (28).
